This Privacy Policy explains how Foxtail Decals collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit FoxtailDecals.com, place an order, sign up for marketing, or contact us.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, billing and delivery addresses, order details, customer-service messages, marketing preferences, and payment information needed to complete a transaction. Payment information is processed through Shopify and the payment services made available at checkout.

Information collected automatically. Shopify and the storefront services used to operate the site may collect device and browser information, IP address, time zone, cookie or similar-technology information, pages and products viewed, searches, cart and checkout interactions, and referral information.

Information from service providers. We may receive order, payment-status, fraud-review, production, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, return, and customer-support information from the service providers involved in operating the store and fulfilling an order.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the storefront; provide cart and checkout functions; process and fulfill orders; arrange payment and shipping; communicate about orders and support requests; evaluate returns, defects, or delivery issues; prevent fraud and protect the store; maintain business records; comply with legal obligations; and improve store operations. We share information as needed with Shopify, payment processors, carriers, technical service providers, and—when an order includes a print-on-demand item—the disclosed production and fulfillment partner. Each provider may process information under its own privacy terms.

Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from a marketing email using the unsubscribe link in that message or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order or support request are not marketing messages.
