This website is operated by Foxtail Decals. These Terms govern your use of FoxtailDecals.com and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Online store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, submit malicious code, misuse another person's information, or violate intellectual-property or other applicable rights.

Products and availability

Product pages identify the item, available options, current price, and other verified specifications. Images are intended to show the offered design and product as accurately as practical, but display settings can affect how colors appear. Some products are physically stocked; others are made to order. Products, options, quantities, and prices may change before an order is placed.

Vinyl decals are prepared by Foxtail Decals. Apparel identified as made to order is produced and shipped with the help of a disclosed third-party print-on-demand production partner. Fulfillment and shipping details are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the order total are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment services made available at checkout.

An order is subject to product availability, payment authorization, and fraud or error review. We may decline or cancel an order when we cannot fulfill it, payment is not authorized, information is materially incorrect, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate the required refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations and address corrections

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or delivery-address correction. We will check the actual order and production status and attempt the requested change when it is still available. A request is not complete until Foxtail Decals confirms it. Orders may enter production automatically, so a cancellation or correction is not guaranteed before shipment. Additional terms are in our Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds, and product issues

Return eligibility, nondefective return costs, damage or defect remedies, custom-product exclusions, refunds, and the no-direct-exchange rule are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Shipping

Processing and carrier transit are separate. Available destinations, methods, charges, and estimates depend on the product and delivery address and are shown at checkout when available. Mixed orders may arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy.

Customer information and privacy

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information needed to complete the order. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the store's text, graphics, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Foxtail Decals. You may view the site and purchase products for lawful personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit store content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party services for hosting, payment, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, or other operations. Third-party links may lead to sites with their own terms and privacy practices. Foxtail Decals is responsible for the customer obligations stated in its own store policies and does not control an independent third-party website.

Errors and changes

We may correct a genuine typographical, pricing, availability, or product-information error. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the notice, cancellation option, remedy, or refund required by applicable law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on this page.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties beyond the express product descriptions, store policies, and rights that cannot legally be excluded. Foxtail Decals is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
